Bill and Pauline Ceasar’s BBQ has been cooking in Delray for 25 years which increased the demand for their homemade proteins and sides. 

Bill’s passion for cooking began at a young age as he watched his grandmothers cook, witnessing the passion and love they put into each meal and the joy they received from it. In 1994 as a hobby, he started cooking for his friends, family, private parties, BBQ’s, business luncheons, and other events.

After much local success, his sister, Pastor Carla Mays called a family meeting to encourage Bill to take his love for cooking to another level.  They visited other Roadside Business’s in an attempt to inspire him to start his own.  That meeting included a taste test, commitment from the family to support and the official name for the new Roadside Business.  

 A week later, Bill and Pauline opened Ceasar’s Famous Ribs in 2010 and operated it in the back parking lot of his home Church, Restoration House Empowerment Ministries International (RHEMI).  They began with two small grills, one case of chicken, six slabs of ribs and his famous BBQ sauce.

Literally, it took Ceasar’s all day to sell out of such a small amount.  Things wasn't looking too promising for the new business but they continued to persevere.  

The opportunity came for them to move to the front of the Church where business picked up tremendously including private catering clientele.

 In that same month, Ceasar’s was invited to WIRK’s 107.9 Annual Rib Round Up and won best ribs and best sauce, beating 5 star restaurants that are well established in the USA.  This win catapulted Ceasar’s business into the BBQ spotlight.  

Since then, Ceasar’s has cooked for City & Government officials, NFL Teams, NFL Players, College Bowl Games, Festivals, Celebrities and more.  Caesars is also one of the official Vendors for Super Bowl 2020.   

August 13th, 2020 was the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.  August 14th, 2020 was the  Grand Opening of the  Ceasar’s Restaurant.  Located at 37 SW 5th Ave. Delray  Beach Florida.  

October 22, 2022 Ceasar's moved to their NEW location.

When asked what has attributed to the success of Ceasar’s, The Pit Master response was “my secret marinade, taking the time to cook the meat low & slow, great customer service, dedicated staff, committed customers, supportive family and my awesome wife/ business partner Pauline.
